All other orders will incur shipping fee. We use Canada Post Expedited which includes tracking and insurance for your convenience.

Once packages are sent out and in the care of the postal service, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods. Any refund request can only be applied when the package is returned back at Joy Toyz and we have liabilities claim issued.
Refunds/Echanges
Due to the nature of the products we cannot issue refunds on items that have been opened and/or used.
We test all products before shipping. If you find a defective item, please call us at 1-877-569-8699.
Please note that if the shipping address and billing address are different, the rate will be based on the shipping address, not the billing address.
When placing an order at joytoyz.com, please ensure that all your shipping information is accurate. If you provide the wrong information and your shipment is Returned To Sender, we will contact you to confirm your shipping information, and will charge an additional shipping fee to re-ship the order.

All prices are shown in CANADIAN dollars.
Information on Taxes
Taxes at source will be automatically added to your order's total and indicated separately for your information. Residents in Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 7.5% PST for any purchases made. All other provinces and territories are subject to either 5% GST where applicable.
Any import duties or taxes will be the purchaser's responsibility.
Regarding Back Orders
If an item ordered is out of stock in our warehouse, we will contact you via e-mail, and offer you the following opitons:
- we can offer suggestions for a substitution (ie. a different colour/flavour/type of the item you've ordered, or a similar item).
- we can backorder the item and have it shipped as soon as it arrived.
- we can remove the item from your order, refund the cost and ship the rest of your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to being shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus any applicable shipping costs incurred.
